How can I fix upload speeds on my Dropbox?

Hey there, I’m a videographer, so naturally I deal in large files. About two weeks ago, I started experienced ridiculously new slow upload speeds from my computer. It now takes a 9gb files an hour or two to upload, and I cannot continue to work like this.

Please let me know what I should do, what network settings I need to look out for, etc.

The first thing I'd like to clarify is whether you're using the website or our desktop app. It sounds like you are using the app, but I just need to confirm before providing the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

If you are using our website, could you try clearing your browser's cache or using an entirely different browser to see if that makes a difference?

If you are using the desktop app, could you please provide your computer's OS version? Also, I'd like to know the current version of the Dropbox desktop app, along with its syncing status. You can find this by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your menu or taskbar, near the WiFi icon.

Finally, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains? Also, could you check if the Dropbox bandwidth settings have any limits set?

Sorry for all the info, I just wanted to make sure we've covered both any website, and desktop app problems.
