Hi all! I’m Angie, and I’m part of the Dropbox Customer Success team, and I’m excited to help kick off a refresh of this Dropbox Sign community space. Whether you’re sending contracts, building workflows, or troubleshooting APIs, we want this space to actually help you do your job better!
This group has in the past served as a space for users to post more technical questions, and we’re helping it evolve into something more than a support forum. We’d love for this to become more than just a place to troubleshoot. Our hope is that this becomes a place where customers can swap ideas, share workflows, and learn from each other. Not to say you can’t still post about troubleshooting - we’re here for that too to make sure you get what you need!
Over time, you’ll start to see me and others at Dropbox put in a mix of content here, including practical tips, workflow ideas, troubleshooting guidance, and discussion prompts based on how teams are actually using Dropbox Sign across the web app and API. I also really want this to be a place where we can hear directly from you. Tell us what’s working, what’s confusing, and what kinds of resources would be most useful.
If you or anyone you work with has questions involving developer-specific API topics, we’ll point you to the Developer API community, whenever that’s the best fit.
