I just reinstalled the application (ver. 252.3.3482), but the app disappears from the MacBook Pro 16" (macOS 26.4.1) menu. How can I solve this? The app works fine, but I always need to open it manually, and it's impossible to use quickly. Thanks

It seems that you're using the beta version of the Dropbox desktop app which can sometimes lead to an inconsistent experience or unexpected issues.
Can you the offline installer from this page and let me know if this persists?
Just make sure to toggle off the 'early releases' from your account's settings first.

Hi Walter, thanks for the answer. I had installed the official app, but nothing changed. The problem persists. Always, the app is not on the top menu. Any other solutions?

I see, thanks for the update @AndreaB68. Did you completely uninstall the previous version of the app before installing the new one?
Also, can you send me a screenshot of how your menu bar looks on your end? When you open the app does the app's icon appear in your menu bar at all?
