Quick Actions Error: "WebGL not supported on your browser" (v246.4.3513 onwards)

Hello,

I had been using the quick actions on screenshots seamlessly for months. But since the latest update, it shows an error saying "WebGL not supported on your browser".

I know my GPU is old, (nVidia GE Force GT 730), but WebGL works perfectly fine for all other apps, and had been working just fine for Dropbox screenshot quick actions so far.

I have tried all other overriding troubleshoot options, nothing works.

I would sincerely appreciate, if the GPU could be included in the whitelist.

Is it within a browser, or another program?

I have exactly the same problem. After the latest update, I see this error when I try to open/edit a screenshot I just took. In other words, I take a screenshot, the screenshot preview opens in the bottom-right corner (and it is saved as a file in the Screenshots folder), but when I click the preview, I used to be able to edit the screenshot there (draw arrows, circles, and so on), and now I see the message: “WebGL not supported on your browser.”

You had this same issue a few months ago. It was fixed in a later update. It seems the situation has happened again, so please fix it as soon as possible. It is inconvenient to use the service this way.
