I have Dropbox Plus, and I tried to edit a file. It says to go to the admin console to update the license, but I cannot find the admin console, and it won't let me edit the document.
I suspect its because you are on Dropbox Plus if I am honest.
The ability edit PDF's requires Professional, Essentials or higher: https://help.dropbox.com/view-edit/edit-pdf
Admin Console only apply to Business Users with multiple licences.
Can you post a screenshot of the error so we can see whats happening?
so when I open the doc and click edit, it highlights areas, I click on one and this comes up. I'm the only owner of this account.
thats what I was thinking but couldn't find any info for that. I appreciate you help
