No audio when downloading a .mov file. Is there a way to fix this?

Trying to download an MP4 file that has been downscaled from a MOV file, and there is no audio channel in the MP4. Why has the audio been removed and is there any way I can download this MP4 file with sound intact?

Dropbox doesn't alter files in that manner, so if there's no sound in the downloaded file, either it was uploaded without the audio track, or you don't have the proper codec available to play the audio.

I'd start by checking the original file as uploaded to Dropbox and see if you have the same problem there.
