I have Dropbox Basic on my Windows computer, iPhone and iPad. On the Windows computer, the files I add do not sync. Can someone explain how I should do to get it to work?
I have now uninstalled Dropbox from my computer and also removed from Dropbox.com. I have reinstalled it my computer and now the syncing works.
Thank you for your time trying to solve my problem.

Hey there, welcome to the community @Thaimax
To get started, can you give us some basic info about your setup?
Which version of windows are you running? Are you running the latest version of dropbox? If not, which one?
First, click the Dropbox icon in your system tray (near the clock) and check the sync status. If it’s paused, resume it, then restart Dropbox or your computer. Can you tell us what happens here?
Hey @Thaimax, welcome to our Community!
Can you let me know more, in regards to the app's current version, and syncing status? You can find this by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your taskbar, next to your WiFi.
If your icon is missing, it might be worth reinstalling the app through this link.
When did you first notice this behavior, and have you tried rebooting your computer and internet router at all? What about quitting and restarting the Dropbox app?
Are there any sync issues showing in the the options under the avatar on the top right?
While we're at it can you also check this article on how to fix syncing issues, to see if any of the suggestions there are helpful?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
