I moved to Windows11 on a new laptop and cannot see 3 of 20 folders in Dropbox from Explorer. I can see them on my old laptop File Explorer and can also see them in Dropbox on my browser on my new laptop.
Hey @StuartL - thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!
As a first step, could you confirm that the Dropbox desktop app is 'up to date' and not still syncing in your taskbar?
If it's up to date, you can check your selective sync settings through the app's preferences to see if those folders are not synced to your computer.
I hope this helps and please keep me posted!
Thanks for your quick and clear response Walter! That resolved the issue.
Glad I could help and thanks for the update too, Stuart.
Let us know if anything else comes up in the future and, until then, take care!
Hi there @StuartL , and welcome to the Dropbox Community 👋

By the way, I’m Theresa 👩💻, one of the Community Managers here at Dropbox HQ. Since you’ve been using Dropbox on multiple devices, I’d love to know… what’s your fave Dropbox feature? Whether it’s syncing, sharing, mobile uploads, or something else entirely, I’d love to hear what you value most.
Looking forward to hearing more,
