Question or IssueSyncing is not working. Says it is up-to-date but some new folder/files on Desktop not in Dropbox.

When saying that some new folders/files on desktop aren’t showing in Dropbox, do you mean that you add new files to your desktop app and they’re not syncing to www.dropbox.com?
Can you send me a screenshot of the folders/files you currently see in your local Dropbox folder versus what you see on your Dropbox account online?
Please provide me with as many details as possible and I’ll look into this further.
