Why was it remove is it means Dropbox is no longer safe or was there Deals with UK to end dropbox end to end encrypted
Nothing at all to do with the UK Government.
Dropbox simply decided that part of the product wasnt viable and stopped supporting it.

End to end encryption is only available on certain paid for business plans.

Dropbox Vault was discontinued in March, around that time members received notifications with the following message:
"To concentrate our efforts on further improving our existing security features and building new capabilities around advanced data protection, we’ve made the decision to discontinue Dropbox Vault. From March 4th Dropbox Vault will no longer be available. If you’re currently using your Vault, that folder will automatically turn into a standard Dropbox folder, that doesn’t require a PIN to access. The files in your folder will remain the same."

If there's nothing to stop others from breaching it,If there’s nothing protecting our data, how can we truly have privacy?It means the government could access it easily – that’s not privacy at all.
