When my salesperson changes a file on his laptop, the change shows in the file on Dropbox online, but fdoes not synch to my computer at home. What settin(s) must I change?

Is your Dropbox updated to the latest version? Are the rest of the files syncing fine, or is there an issue across the board?
Can you also double check that the folder in question does't contain an incompatible character?
