Sync works between app and online with all files except 2 new files that were created with the app. Everything shows current updates except for all users and online don’t show the new files. Any suggestions

Can you please clarify if you used the Dropbox desktop app or the Dropbox mobile app to add the files?
If it was the desktop app, can you please hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray/menu bar to see the sync status and version of the app?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
