I don't see my initials/avatar when clicking on the Dropbox icon on Win11.

I am trying to adjust my synch settings and when I click the DB Icon I cannot see any avatar or initials at top right or anywhere on screen. What can I do about this please? I am using Windows 11.

What icon are you clicking on? It needs to be the icon in your system tray (near the clock).
