I can't upload corrupted jpg files from a USB drive after I installed Windows11. Dropbox keeps prompting me to upload these files but I can't. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Would you mind walking me through the steps that you took or the error that you see on your end?
Do you see a prompt coming directly from the Dropbox app? Also, do you wish to upload the content to Dropbox, or avoid that?
