How can I change all the files from having grey cloud icons to green tick icons?

Thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community, @stephyunghc!

 

You should be able to switch your files to "available offline" (green check mark), by selecting them, right-clicking and choosing "make available offline".

 

You can also do that to the entire Dropbox folder itself, if you want to sync all your files.
