Here's what I'm seeing: New Files Default is set to Available Offline, but files added via a different computer last night are NOT automatically downloading. I have to either open them or manually download them.

As an experiment, I went offline and tried to open a cloud file. As expected it didn't work.
This is the only thing I use Dropbox for. I never -- ever -- want to use cloud storage, because I can be offline at random points in time.
Can I trust Dropbox to resolve this issue globally? For all files and folders, new and old? Because this has been an issue for a long time. This is just the first time I've decided to report it.
If this is not a bug, and is part of a new software policy at Dropbox, please let me know. Thanks,
