I cannot seem to get my documents to sync with the other I share with. They can't see my revisions and I can't see theirs

Let's take this one step at a time. So, it seems that you have a shared folder with others, is that correct?
Did you share the folder directly using these steps, or maybe using a shared link? Feel free to clarify.
One more thing: which platform do you use when making changes? Do you use our website, or desktop app?

Hi, I really appreciate the help and this issue resolved as I worked a team and this document is important. We share a spreadsheet in a file. I have worked on both the online version and the app. I used to be able to see changes made by team members and they couldn't see mine. Now I can no longer see their changes to the document and they cant see mine. If I make my changes and share the link they can see my changes. Hope the makes sense, please help! I have tried logging out and logging back on to see if that updates it but that hasn't seemed to work the last few times either.
Hey @toni R, you mentioned that if you share the link they can see the changes.
So, a guess would be that you're working on a shared link with view only permissions, and not a shared folder.
But let's make sure that this is the case there. Are you the owner of the folder? If so, would you mind removing the members from said folder and re-adding them?
If you're not the owner, could you ask them to do the same thing for you?
I do not own the folder. If they remove me, what is the next step? I will have a report due tomorrow that I will have to share...
The next step would be for them to re-add you to it @toni R.

Can you update a file that’s located within your shared folder, and check with the rest of the members? Can they see your updates now?
Also, are you updating the file via the desktop app, or the Dropbox website?
Yes, I can do that. I have been using the website.

If they’re using the desktop app, can they see their updates on their web account?
I’m trying to isolate the issue and make sure they’re not having syncing issues on their end instead.
It i s not on their end. Their is an entire team of using this document and I am the only one with the issue
And one more confirmation @toni R: when they re-added you to said folder, did you receive an email in order to add the folder inside your Dropbox account?
Or did they do it a different way?
