"at least one signature has problems" error in Dropbox Sign

Every time I send a document out for signature, the PDF I get back always says "at least one signature has problems" at the top.

Is there a way to add Dropbox Sign as a trusted site to Adobe, or some other workaround, so I don't get this error each time?

DocuSign is a separate company entirely, and isn't related to Dropbox.

Is it possible you're referring to HelloSign or Dropbox Sign?
