Mac Air M2 - Word no longer giving dropbox as a folder option

Hi everyone - I have no idea what I have done but if I'm working in any of the microsoft office products, Dropbox is no longer a folder option when I try to open a word document for example. I have to go to the FINDER and open the file through there not in the microsoft application. How do I get Dropbox as a place or folder so I can see all my word files and open and work on them.

Your question would be more suitable for a Microsoft Word forum, but just to make sure we've got all bases covered, could you please let us know your device's exact OS and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there as shown in your menu bar at the moment?

 

Also, what version of Microsoft Word are you using at the moment? Do you see it listed under your Connected Apps tab?
