Folders in Vault disappeared

Question

I can only see 1 folder in my Vault, and that folder is only showing 4 of its files. Everything synced weeks ago and was visible. Where is my stuff!!!?

Have you also checked your Deleted files and Events page to make sure your files aren’t showing there?

Hi Walter,
I was trying to access my vault files from my PC (Win 11), using Explorer, Word, Excel and the desktop app, then also from Chrome. After multiple tries, I got in through Chrome but still couldn't see the files from my desktop app.

Hey there @Nan Mc Sweeney-Bailey, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you clarify if you're looking at your Vault through the website or if you're using the desktop app or the mobile app perhaps?
