Can I backup apple music library on my dropbox backup external drive. Is there any chance a problem occur since i am using Apple Music and it is kind of live file downloading/syncing with my other devices...

Since this is a library, we definitely wouldn't recommend this, especially with the new Dropbox for macOS app, as some libraries are no longer allowed to be synced over cloud-storage services.
