How to switch from .png to .jpeg when screenshot saves to Dropbox

I am a ****** fan of Dropbox Caption and use it on a daily basis.
I would like to know if there is a way to change the format of captured screenshots? I would like to have them saved as a jpeg.

Please let me know if it is possible

Hello! I'm also interested in this feature, as I take a ton of screenshots every day, and it gets pretty hefty. It'd be nice to have this option available.
