Hi @KK75, could you clarify exactly how you're uploading the file to Dropbox via your mobile device, step-by-step, and where you used to see this message?
Could you try uploading photos via the Dropbox mobile app, or by using the iOS Files app to see if you get this notification?

For those who are popping into this thread after the fact,
Generally speaking, uploading a single or batch file will automatically rename the file if it is a duplicate, this aligns with in-app behavior for files with the same name.
When uploading from a 3rd party app (like Gmail), we attempt to detect duplicates, but may fall back on the default behavior if duplicates were not detected at the time of upload.
