Moving Dropbox folder to box platform

Hi,
I’m having trouble moving a Dropbox folder to the box platform. Is there anybody that can tell me how to do this if it’s possible. The company I sub for doesn’t like the Dropbox platform and wants me to move the data to the box platform. Please help thank you

Dropbox doesn't have a feature to migrate to another storage platform. You'll either need to download all of your data and then upload it to Box, or use a third-party service (such as MultCloud) to complete the transfer for you.
