I've had a problem with DropBox for a while now. Until recently, however, I didn't need it myself, so the problem didn't bother me.
I use my partner's DropBox on my PC. On his devices, a sync icon is displayed on the folder. For me, it ran until Saturday via OneDrive - there was that simply in a separate column.
With DropBox and with my Microsoft account the sync icon somehow never wants to show up. They are displayed to me as ordinary folders. This disturbs the workflow enormously, not knowing whether something was saved locally or online.
The problem is on all the devices I have had in the meantime. Whether it's on my laptop or the tower I have new since Saturday. But what never changed was my Microsoft account.
So: how do I get this to work? Somehow I must have changed something on my Microsoft account, since it works for him with his Microsoft account.
