I've tried reinstalling the program (several times) but it didn't work. I use the desktop app in my pc and the app in the other devices. I have this issue in my pc (running W7).

You'd have to ask Microsoft as it's their update. This isn't a Dropbox related issue.
can i ask if this missing file only available in the update , i mean it's not in the original windows installation? so reinstalling my OS won't fix it? i have windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
Just FYI, this update will only be possible if you have the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed. Otherwise, you'll have to do that first.

The 32 bit update is on the same page, directly above the 64 bit update. You want the x86 file for Windows 7.

it say api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing and i keep reinstalling dropbox and the same problem happen right away ,please help , is re installing the windows system gonna fix it?
i'm using Win 7
and downloaded the latest vir of dropbox

I tried to do what you said (Advanced reinstall) but I can't even uninstall Dropbox. In a txt I copied the crash report (https://www.dropbox.com/s/10taaqk57vrdngg/Uninstall%20error.txt?dl=0).

Спасибо! Попробовал и снова тот же результат... После удачной (вроде бы) переустановки в процессе синхронизации загружаются файлы, но через 10-15 минут всё обламывается, значок в области уведомлений исчезает, а после запуска dropbox.exe выдает вышеуказанную ошибку. Система - семёрка домашняя, расширенная.
Вы пробовали расширенную переустановку?
Здравствуйте! Вчера еще все было нормально, а сегодня не могу запустить Dropbox. Через интернет захожу на свой аккаунт, а на компьютере - выдает ошибку. Переустановил Dropbox - не помогло. Проверил папку Авирой - вирусов нет. На другом, ноутбуке - всё нормально.
