Dropbox Replay Needs an app

Progress bar or estimated time left on sync
Its a feature thats been removed, re-added, and removed again. No real explanation given to users. And given that you need to wait until a file has finished uploading in order to generate a valid link with 'copy dropbox link', we need to know when its going to finish uploading.

File name should be updated to match new versions.
