There are so many reasons to continue Vault but a key one is that the Dropbox folder on a PC (and a Mac?) is not protected by Windows or iOs in any normal way. Vault made protection possible for key files. But of course being able to protect the entire Dropbox folder on a PC or Mac would be an even better idea!
