Can I force refresh a file so that changes can sync on the Android mobile app?

I need to login and logout on my Android app in order to sync files
Anything I try to sync or upload from my mobile device stays in the queue until I log out and back in. Once I do, I can sync/upload again, but after a short time it stops. Cache has been cleared, latest updates installed, no locked folders. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how to fix. Thanks!

Can I retain the original name of the file if it's uploaded through Camera Uploads?

Upgraded to a premium account a few days ago and first lot of uploads went fine but now I keep receiving network error message. Im using the latest iOS app with over 20gb free space on my device.
