When I click the Dropbox icon on my task bar, there is no avatar for me to choose from.
I'll start with this: When I open Dropbox from my taskbar, there's no avatar for me to choose to set up Sync. If I go to my Dropbox account online, there's no Sync option under Preferences. Where am I going wrong? Thanks in advance.

Changing file status to or from available offline changes the Modified Date
When i change the status of a file or folder from online (located on disk) to offline (available on Dropbox Cloud only) or the other way, its changing the Modified Date, is there a way bypassing that, so only real modified files will be effected?
