Desktop

For some time now, the "version history" item has disappeared from the context menu of PC applications. I only have 4 other items, for example: share, copy link to dropbox. Was this some application change or is it a bug on my part and how do I fix it?

I backed up my SSD with "dropbox backup" to reformat it. When I tried to restore it, the SSD that I reformatted is being recognized as a different storage, so I cannot restore it. What should I do?

MacOS 13.6.7 Dropbox disappeared off my laptop! Over a decade of files, my most dependable backup! I had to reinstall the app and my files are being reinstalled as we speak! Putting my files back as we speak! HAs anyone had this problem!!

Dropbox desktop app disconnects randomly. I have a work team, and we are all having this problem when we want to upload files, Dropbox disconnects and the upload or download is interrupted. The only way to fix it is to close and reopen the app. But it disconnects again after a while.

I really regret having done this "upgrade," as all my files are in limbo. It is a terrifying feeling. Can anyone please tell me if this is normal and will end soon? Thank you!
