I don't see the option to ignore a folder within my right click's context menu. Any ideas?
According to https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete/ignored-files there should be a "Don’t sync to dropbox.com" option. I don't see it. I'm not a business user. I'm using Windows 10 with Dropbox v101.4.434. What am I doing wrong? This is what I see:

Conflicted copies that don't show up locally with Mac .rtfd files created with TextEdit.

My computer is lagging when accessing local files when not connected to internet
I am finding Dropbox to be unstable locally when I am offline eg laggy, stalling, files aren't available. If I can't treat my dropbox files like any other file on my hard drive there is no point of using it IMO. I've been using dropbox for over a decade without this problem.
