Clicking on dropbox system tray icon does nothing.
I have windows 11 and some time within the last month or two I am unable to get the system tray icon to do anything. If I hover my mouse over the icon it shows the version and that I'm "up to date". cannot click dropbox icon on taskbar
Since updating to latest Window 11 (version: 22H2, OS build: 25227.1000), Dropbox icon at Taskbar cannot click. I tried unstall & re-install the desktop app but it still cannot click. Show as below screenshot.
Sync local folder with Dropbox
I scan documents and it goes to my specific folder in local machine. I want my local folder to get in sync in the dropbox automatically. So whenever I add a new scan in my local folder it should auto updates in Dropbox and can be accessible for other people who has the right to view it. Kindly help.
Can no longer lock files on the web, can only lock via a synced folder on desktop.
I'm no longer seeing the option to lock a file via the web. The Dropbox instructions say it can be done on both the Desktop and Web platforms... https://help.dropbox.com/organize/file-locking Any help would be great appreciated.

Sync Dropbox to the root of a drive (e.g. F:\)

DropBox creates duplicate screenshots on the app.
#MacOS - when I take a partial screenshot on my Macbook (CMD+Shift+4), it seems DropBox creates duplicate copies of the same screenshot. Sometimes I get 2 or 3 dups, other times there are up to 5 dups. Is there a setting or something in DropBox that prevents the creation of duplicate files (.png) when taking a screenshot?

I don't want to synch my desktop files, I only want to have a backup that stays the same without risking that if I delete it on my computer, DropBox also deletes the "backup"? Can't create new folder in Dropbox folder in Mac
Hi, I'm on Macbook Pro Big Sur. I can't create new folder when I'm inside the Dropbox folder. As you can see, the New Folder option is being greyed out. Clicking online-only files in new Dropbox (cloud storage location version) doesn't work
When you click on a file that has never been synced, MacOS tries to open the file using Dropbox as the default app which results in the file not opening. For a .jpeg you have to go into Get Info and change the file type / open in back to preview to open the file.

Missing finder Smart Sync icons
