Icon missing in Menu Bar Mac Sonama

I have dropbox installed on both my Windows PC as well as on my Linux notebook. I am looking for the .paper files but cannot seem to find them anywhere. The only place I can access them is through the browser or on the mobile app. Can I access them through my file system?
