Can't log in to Dropbox Sign on Google Chrome or Safari

Question

The subject says it all. I'm using the latest version of Chrome (Version 150.0.7871.24) and Safari (Version 26.5 (20624.2.5.18.3)), and have also tested in a Parallels virtual machine running Sonoma. I've also tried in an incognito window, clearing cache and cookies, and switching profiles.

However, the issue does not happen in Firefox.

I don't run security software, per se, beyond what's standard in OSX. This is also happening in Chrome and Edge browsers on Windows 11, so I'm not sure it's a client side issue. The fact that it's not happening on Firefox is strange, though.

Do you happen to be running any security software on your devices or a web plugin or extension that could be monitoring your internet traffic somehow?

Also, does this persist after restarting your internet router?

I rebooted, there's no difference. I've also tried on a Windows computer running Windows 11. Same issue, including with Edge in addition to Chrome.
