What is http://www.dropbox.com/events show? Note that it will only show if it was deleted within the last 6 months. Longer than that and they wont appear on that page. Note that it is not possible for them to be removed and not on that page unless the owner deleted them and then also permanently deleted them. Also, Dropbox…

The best thing to do is go into iTunes and change the location of the music library to the new location and make sure that this is, on both devices pointing in to Dropbox.

Dropbox support is ONLY available for paid users. As you arent now there is no way to get that. Only you can have accepted the invite to join a team, if you want to leave it you can do so via this article. Or just download the data from https://help.dropbox.com/sync/download-entire-folders

The only people who can help is Dropbox - have you replied to the tickets that were previously opened?

Just to add to this @"nurbaiti" they work on a rolling 24 hours so it isnt midnight to midnight.

When on a request link if they choose the option 'Upload from Dropbox' it should work quicker as its going from one Dropbox account to another. It doesnt work like that if Dropbox is just on the desktop, because then it still needs to do the upload.

You've always had to keep the window open - as without the window open there is no web link between the computer the files are on and Dropbox. That bit hasnt changed at all. If, however, the person has a Dropbox account and chooses that as the option to upload on Requests then they can close it as it doesnt need the…

What version of iOS are you using? You need to have it at least 16.7.10 or higher for the App to work. If you are below that, which is likely on an iPad 1 and 2 you must use https://m.dropbox.com instead.

pehirsch51 wrote:I have not gone over 17 GB because DB has not let me do so You have - because thats exactly what it says. What can happen, other than Backups, is that if you are in a share they can continue to add files to the folder which continues to take up your space, even if its already full.

Are you sure you are logging in to the right account? What is http://www.dropbox.com/events showing? dougkealey wrote:I don't know when you reduced my plan to have a limit of 5Gb. Dropbox's free plan starts at 2gb. You can see your quota and plan at http://www.dropbox.com/account/plan including bonus space etc. given :)

Nobody here can help I'm afraid. As you already have a ticket in all you can do is await them getting back to you next week (note they dont work on weekends)

To confirm this is to view from within the browser itself, as in a preview and not downloading and opening it from the local Dropbox folder which then opens in Safari?

Have you tried following https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/team-locked-state ? I believe the Team Admin may need to do that, however. Another option is to see if you can leave the team yourself.

fsu1dan wrote:It should've gone down, I don't know why it's so high still. What takes up so much space for it to be that high? Colin2548 wrote:My only thought is that my Professor is somehow using the storage that I have. If you are in a shared folder then yes, this uses quota. It also stops syncing when you go over quota, so, if you only see 14.4mb (as in this example), what's happened is he's suddenly added lots more, which has knocked you over…

You need to get your organisation to send you an invite to their account - thus using up a paid licence. That will convert your account to a paid one and all should work fine :)

Go to the page that Jay, and me, linked to (https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan) and tell us what it says, or better yet post a screenshot.

Is the folder in the basic one? If so create a shared folder between the two accounts if it will let you. You may find if you are over quota you are limited to only downloading the files locally and reuploading them to the other account.

Conflicts occur when you have two different versions of the same file edited before the changes have sync'd. So, I'm not sure how KeyPass works, but, when you edit on your phone do you automatically save the changes to Dropbox? What I'm wondering is, could the Mac be changing the file at all by editing its last modified…
