Dropbox 237.4.5655 does not show correct syncing status.
After updating to this new version, the new status columns show sometimes the wrong status with directories. A directory may show Sync Pending, while all underlying files and directory show the green checkmark. The Dropbox item on the taskbar shows Up to date.
