Hello, We are having an issue with certain files. We store .txt files, but when they are uploaded into dropbox, they are changed to .TXT files. and when we attempt to change it back it jsut reverts to a .TXT file. How do we fix this?
Missing files and photos after adding them to Dropbox and syncing to a new laptop
I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer all my files and photos over to it. Dropbox looked like an easy way to do it, but I am noticing many of my photos and files are missing from the new laptop. Dropbox is saying the sync is complete. Any assistance is welcomed.

I have read through several fixes and nothing has worked. I cleared the cache, there are no new files, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Every time I click on the make available offline it shows the green circle for a second then the yellow triangle.

Dropbox Transfer slower than regular Sync
Hi there, I'm wondering why the upload speed for a Dropbox Transfer is so much slower than using regular Sync? It quotes me about 4 hours to process a 96GB folder, while regular Sync uploaded the same folder in about 15 minutes. I'm on 1gbps fiber. Thanks!
I don't see the option to ignore a folder within my right click's context menu. Any ideas?
