I don't see my initials/avatar when clicking on the Dropbox icon on Win11.

Can I disable the "Delete file for everyone" message?
I am getting the error message that requires me to OK "delete for everyone" when I want to remove a file (see below). I saw the discussion board on this topic - the screen shots in the thread I read show an option to remove the message in the future. I do not see that option displayed. I need to remove this message. .DOC files in Dropbox load with 0 item, when they should be 1.2.
Have word DOC's loaded into Dropbox with table content with a column containing ITEM numbers, these show in Dropbox OR when printed from Dropbox as: when they should be 1.2 etc. If you save the file to local PC and print the correct "features" of ITEMS are printed. Dropbox changes the modification and creation dates on all folders on the desktop app.
This is a problem since I cannot locate the most recent folders out of thousands easily. I use Drive for other backup items and it doesn't change my dates. Please fix this issue. I've seen others on the Community requesting the same fix.
