The updates of a shared file don't sync to my desktop app, even though they show online.
When my salesperson changes a file on his laptop, the change shows in the file on Dropbox online, but fdoes not synch to my computer at home. What settin(s) must I change?

Dropbox recently implemented a feature that allows you to open Windows Explorer in the folder where the file is located when you click on a link to a file in your Dropbox.
