I received a fax with the body on page 3, but page 3 was cut short above the header. Is this a dropbox fax side problem, or does this require the sender to try again? If support is required, how can I receive support for this issue? Thanks!

Have you tried checking the document using an entirely different browser, just to see if you get the same results?
It sounds like the connection might have dropped partway through page 3, which can leave the bottom of that page missing. Here is what you can try:
-Check your fax log at www.hellofax.com under the “Faxes” tab to see if that transmission shows a “Failed” or “No Answer” status.
-If the line was busy or the connection broke, ask them to resend the fax once again.

Hi, the status shows "received" status. I checked in another browser (originally Chrome, now I've checked Edge) and I'm seeing the same thing.

I'm assuming the file previews fine on the sender's end, right?
Is it possible to send us a screenshot of how the file appears for them and how it appears for you in the fax?
You can of course edit the screenshots to hide any sensitive or personal info.
