Creating a ZAP that moves a file from a https accessibale folder to dropbox

When the zap towards dropbox starts it returns a error stating: Bargle. We hit an error creating a file. :-( Error:
bad handshake: Error([('SSL routines', 'SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE', 'certificate verify failed')],)

It seems that dropbox can't connect to the provided url where the file is situated whilest a browser can show it without any issue.

Does anybody knows what's happening here?
Creating a file in dropbox with the same connection works fine.

Thanks! That's helpful. It looks like the issue here is that the certificate chain for https://pdforms.px.be is incomplete:

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=pdforms.px.be&hideResults=on

That being the case, the Dropbox servers can't verify the connection. (They work differently than your browser.) If you're the administrator for the SSL/TLS configuration for that site, you'll need to update the certificate configuration for it, otherwise you'll need to ask the administrator to do so.

It looks like you're trying to integrate with Dropbox via Zapier. We can't offer support for Zapier itself, as it's made by a third party, but we'll be happy to look into this on the Dropbox side of things.

Can you provide steps to reproduce the issue or relevant code, as well as a sample URL that produces this issue? Thanks in advance!

This is the url that has to be placed in one of my dropbox folders…

I can see it from within a browser but it gives an error in the dropbox part of zapier

Thanks for your input. It were the missing items in the certificate that prevented to establish the connection. Certificate recreated and assigned and now it works.
