I have had a Business HelloSign plan since 2020. Recently I have been trouble signing in. Today I finally am unable to sing in at all. I also have a free DropBox account. The log in credentials are the same for my free Dropbox account and what used to be my Business Hellosign account. Now I can not access any of the prior docs that were sent out for signature. I can not check the status of them or access that account at all bc when I log in it directs me to my free Dropbox account.
