Is this on this forum? You can just drag and drop on to the composing window, but, it only works on web, not mobile

Dropbox probably wont be the solution you need for this because while there can be ways to force it as Dropbox isn't, and never ever has been, a tool for hosting content links are often changed and as such broken on forums. Please instead seek a tool that is designed for this such as a hosting platform.

Dropbox doesnt have that as a plan (minimum is 2TB). However, it sometimes runs tests and promos to sign up to, however, they are pretty much a one time offer things. So, unfortunately if it isn't there now its now not possible to sign up to as its gone 😞

Dropbox wont work if you are also syncing it to OneDrive (as the path shows). You need to stop using it with 2 cloud services. Also, its no longer possible to sync the Desktop now with Dropbox. It was a feature of the backup system, but, removed when it launched out of beta.

So www.dropbox.com/events isnt showing anything? ALL additions/deletions etc. are listed there, so if they aren't showing there something else has happened. Were these files a share at all?

Does that person have enough quota within their account to accept said share? They need as much space as the folder is based upon www.dropbox.com/account/plan

If you are using the official Dropbox app (i.e. from www.dropbox.com/downloading) it doesn't sync mobile devices - its one of the most common complaints here. It simply allows you to view what you put on and manually upload things yourself. Have you checked its an official app, or, that its not just the cache filling due…

The issue is space related. Dropbox wont sync once you are over quota. So, to get syncing to work again you need to delete the files that have sync'd (move them out of the Dropbox folder maybe on the Mac?). That should then allow others to download.

Hi @"Niki_p" It is almost certainly not resyncing BUT is reindexing (the wording on the app has always been terrible!). Dropbox will reindex each type it starts up but then upload any changes to files if it finds them when it indexs.
