ALL of the information available is at www.dropbox.com/events You can sometimes get the device that did the deletion by restoring the files, going to one of them and clicking on 'view version history' and that will show things. www.dropbox.com/account shows devices logged in as well as active web pages as well. One of the…

Ah, you are on a trial @"bingamoon". Full support options are only available when you have paid. Trials do not get the full feature set of support until paid in full.

If you are getting messages saying you are at risk of files being deleted then its true - would you rather they DIDNT tell you and you lost the files? Have you looked at www.dropbox.com/backups to make sure that's not activated and using the quota up as well? Note that doesn't appear on the standard quota page.

Dropbox does work and it does sync. They arent threatening you, they are telling you what WILL happen to your data if you do not reduce your quota. If you are getting emails saying you are over quota you are over quota. It is that simple. Have a look at www.dropbox.com/home to see what has been uploaded and dont forget to…

That doesnt show the error from your link @"cagiali" However, shared folders use up the quota of all involved. So your bosses increased quota will not benefit you. If the folder is over your 2gb allowance you need to upgrade.
-
What does it say or show when you go to the link? What is the error? Note that you'd need an account AND to be logged in to that account while trying to access the link for it to work

Dropbox Transfer will work - thats what its designed for. You dont need an account to receive things. You just get a link via email which you click on and everything downloads.

It takes time to upload them, but, Camera Uploads is by far the quickest way - just dont do it other ways as well because camera uploads wont realise that and you are doubling the workload. You need to leave the app open and let it do it. Alternatively connect to a computer and let it sync. BUT its going to take a long…

If they arent showing on Events then a few things has possibly happened: * They arent on Dropbox and never have been - have you checked you have enough quota to sync? * They have been permanently deleted (this removes all traces of them) * They are in a share which you have been removed from - OR you removed a share…
