@"Hugo42" wrote:Can the client company set up one Dropbox Plus account called say, access@clientcompany.com and all their team use that single email to gain access to the photo library ? No. Sharing of accounts would be against the T&C's and could cause the accounts to be removed with all data permanently lost. However, if…

You need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even here. So use something like an incognito window.
-
Quickest and easiest way then would be to just copy and paste all files to another location before the share is closed 🙂
-
You should be able to just reinstall Dropbox from the App Store and log in with your username etc. and everything, as long as it uploaded, should be there.
-
Does it give any errors etc.?
-
Pleased its sorted - just to clarify that they have the files on their online Dropbox account not their phone 🙂

We need more info here @"Wendy Wilkes" What are you trying to do and how? On what etc.

Image helps, thank you! Basically that means they have those images saved twice on their device - once in your shared folder and once somewhere else. Dropbox doesn't differentiate between that so it will show everything up on the Photos tab even if its duplicate or triplicate.
-
Have you actually checked Dropbox is running though @"albireo13" ? The files and folders are just that they are folder on your machine like every other - Dropbox is just a folder on the machine like Desktop, Documents etc. So it is ALWAYS there. The app needs to run, and you need to see it, on the status bar near the clock…

Hi @"albireo13" Have you given them time to sync? Remember the folder on your machine is just that, a folder, so a move in to it is almost instant but if they are large files it takes time to upload. Secondly do they appear online at www.dropbox.com ? If not what does the Dropbox icon say on the Desktop PC? Is Dropbox even…
-
Hi @"mayukhsarma" Yes 🙂 You can do that at https://www.dropbox.com/account/security in the devices section
-
Does it give any messages or errors or anything @"Cassie2024" ?
-
Where are they duplicated @"FResco1945" ?
-
Have you tried making the folder you want to use Available Offline?

@"LissaSmile" wrote:Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem and have lost access to all of my dropbox files via my computer. I cannot find a solution online. So frustrated! Hi @"LissaSmile" The issue has been resolved if you follow the steps given. You need to signout of the account you incorrectly signed in…

Have you made sure they are using recent updates of Chrome and/or FireFox? If they are old it may not work correctly due to security risks.

Dropbox transfer is designed, and explained, as just a grab of data at X point in time and shared. Its not a live living system like links are.
-
Did you reply to the ticket email @"pb4001" ?
-
Being honest, there isnt really much difference bar the UI. Transfer downloads in to one Zip file quickly and easily regardless of how big it is. It is a snapshot of the data at the moment the link is created. Links are live and update as you change things, but, its not as easy to download everything in one go AND people…

The latest version is currently in the 211. strand for betas and 210.4 builds for stables. You can view all here at https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Desktop-client-builds/ct-p/101003000 Basically Google is giving incorrect info.

@"stoeszt" wrote:Is it possible to have sharing link access restored? Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do in order to have sharing access restored. ALL of the information available is at www.dropbox.com/events You can sometimes get the device that did the deletion by restoring the files, going to one of them and clicking on 'view version history' and that will show things. www.dropbox.com/account shows devices logged in as well as active web pages as well. Ah, you are on a trial @"bingamoon". Full support options are only available when you have paid. Trials do not get the full feature set of support until paid in full.
