I have reinstalled my PC today and synched all my dropbox files, but cant see certain files in a folder, but can se dem online, what is wrong here? These files from online dropbox are not visible on my desktop any more

Support online-only files for ARM (Snapdragon) processors
We are currently unable to use Dropbox on Windows Surface Pro Devices with Snapdragon Processors as they do not allow for Online-Only files. This causes the entirety of their files to sync to the device and renders the device unusable as all disk space is consumed.

The shared link URL is different on the website vs the URL from the Windows app
In website the url contains &st=xxxxxx so we can use the link with with dl.dropboxusercontent.com ending with ;raw=1 While the windows app's sharing link doesn't include the &st=xxxxxx hence chaging dl.dropboxusercontent.com ending with ;raw=1 doesn't work.
