MacOS 12.5 Beta (21G5063a) and Dropbox installation problem
Running this OS I have found that that Dropbox application would not start automatically. I removed the existing Dropbox app and attempted to reinstall it, but found that the installer would not open. I've re-downloaded the installation package from your web site, and restarted the computer, but the problem persists.

How can I pause or quit syncing via the desktop app on Mac?
The Dropbox icon on the dock (MacOS 10.15.5) is off (no dot), yet Dropbox is still copying updates into its store. If I want to pause all that while I make some changes, is there a way to do that? Also, what does the presence or absence of the dot in the Dock signify? Thanks, Eleanor
