When I upload a word docx and then try to preview it I get the error message: .docx files are supported but something went wrong. My file is 42.48 MB. Why am I getting this error, as I've uploaded previous files with no issue?

My .jpegs won't open because they have an iCloud extension

Unable to transfer files
I've been having difficulty with transferring files from my old laptop to the current one I have now.
