Not Downloading Failed Unknown Server Error
I've been recording some videos and trying to transfer them to my second pc but whenever I download them on my second pc, it says "Failed Unknown Server Error. Why all files in dropbox can't open?
All the files on my pc like this, there is a small yellow box attached on it. Also, there is no dropbox logo on the lower right corner. My OS is Win 11, my desktop PC can work well whose OS is win 10. Is this due to the OS?

Dropbox application just opens a Finder window now - won't open app!
