Apple IDでDropbox Plusのサブスクリクションを購入しており，更新期限が3月11日です。
しかし，Dropboxから，下記の通知が来ました。
「お支払い情報を追加しない場合は、Plus プランをご利用いただけなくなり、2025 年 2 月 20 日 にアカウントがダウングレードされます。」
支払い情報を追加しようと加入プラン画面に行くと，「OS アプリで Dropbox Plus をご購入いただきました。」と表示され支払い情報の追加ができません。
このまま放置すると2月20日から3月11日までダウングレードされるのでしょうか。どうすればよいか教えてください。
I purchased a Dropbox Plus subscription with my Apple ID, and the renewal date is March 11.
However, I received the following notification from Dropbox:
"If you do not add a payment method, you will no longer be able to use the Plus plan, and your account will be downgraded on February 20, 2025."
When I go to the subscription plan page to add a payment method, I see the message:
"You purchased Dropbox Plus through the OS app."
Because of this, I am unable to add a payment method.
If I leave things as they are, will my account be downgraded between February 20 and March 11?
Please let me know what I should do.
